Thursday Travels: Rome, Italy

Rome, Italy.

With a capacity of more than 14,000 seats, it was the largest theatre in the city. People could both see drama and musical performances there.

Today, Rome’s historic ruins in the neighbourhood of Sant’Angelo still is one of the city’s popular attractions for tourists.

  1. Rome is pretty amazing. All those people rushing around in motorized vehicles, modern signs and modern people, all alongside the ancient ruins. I think those people don’t think twice about how crazy the juxtaposition is because most of them have grown up with it. I have always been awed by those ruins and I have seen so few.
