Art in Minneapolis and around the world.

Minneapolis is a large modern city and the capital of Minnesota, United States.  Even in this dynamic Metropolis, I felt good and comfortable during our visit. Needless to  say, that Minneapolis is a popular tourist destination.  The Minneapolis and St. Paul are Twin Cities and full of unique things to do and see.  The Minneapolis skyline looks so impressive. It has 190 completed  high-rise buildings and 39  of them taller than 300 feet (91 m). The highest building in Minneapolis is the 57-story IDS Center (241 m), designed by architect Philip Johnson. Another two tallest buildings are the Capella Tower (236 m) and the Wells Fargo Center (236 m).  The city offers beautiful parks, amazing nature and zoo. Also, Minneapolis is an art city and center of folk, funk music, museums, ballet and theatres.  Mall of America Some cities have a recognisable symbol: Eifel Tower — Paris, Colosseum  — Rome, Big Ben — London, Red SquareContinueContinue reading “Art in Minneapolis and around the world.”
