Just outside Amsterdam Centraal Station, there’s a beautiful view of Sint Nicolaasbasiliek (Basilica of Saint Nicholas) from the nearby bridge. The church stands tall with its two towers and large dome, making it one of the first landmarks you see when you arrive in the city. Built in the late 1800s, it’s one of the most important Catholic churches in Amsterdam and still holds regular services today.
This is a peaceful and picturesque spot. This view perfectly captures the charm of Amsterdam—where history, water, and daily life all come together.
